We are seeking a certified Insulator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing insulation on ductwork, pipes, and vents for plumbing and HVAC systems in new construction projects. You will work independently while also leading a team to ensure high-quality, on-schedule installations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Install insulation on HVAC ductwork, plumbing pipes (domestic, rainwater, hydronic), and venting systems

• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications

• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards

• Organize, and order materials and coordinate with other trades on-site

• Lead and train apprentices as needed

• Conduct quality checks to ensure proper insulation coverage

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You Bring 

• Certified Insulator

• Experience in plumbing/HVAC new construction

• Ability to work independently and lead a team

• Knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques

• Ability to read and understand construction plans

• Either has, or is willing to work towards BCICA

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
